Red 12.3: para la Reducción de Pérdidas y Desperdicios de Alimentos, MEXICO is a network of academic professionals in Mexico, from 30 institutions in 19 states, interested in preventing and reducing food loss and waste through strategies that include research and sharing of knowledge, raise awareness, provide tools and guides to action at the local and national level.
